First timer here...hooked. Very professional, very clean, and hello...smooth. Hard boiled egg smooth. If you are thinking about it- do it. You won't regret it!
I'm seriously annoyed that I drove all the way to Lakewood this evening to find the shop closed during my appointment time. No notice, phone call, or warning of any kind that I was going to be bumped. I waited a while and tried calling four times but there was no answer and the voicemail was full. I had really been looking forward to trying this place but have no patience for this total lack of professionalism. I will most certainly be taking my business elsewhere.

Sarah is truly an amazing professional! No matter what service you choose, prices are reasonable and she makes the whole experience comfortable. Compared to any other place I have ever been to, Sugar Bar has been the most inviting and everyone there is very friendly. I'm not sure if it was the sugaring process or just the care and attention Sarah gives, but whenever I get my brows done (whether waxed or by threading) I leave bright red and puffy, but here I just got a little red. I highly recommend!
