I got the BEST lash lift and brow lamination. My lashes are pin straight and they are now curled to the gods! I even received a hand massage with paraffin wax. 10000% recommend!!

I have had several treatments at Sugar and Spice with both Arnica and Michelle, and have loved every one! Arnica is a master at PMU and Michelle’s facials are exceptional. The vibe, products, and experience are always incredible. Definitely a wonderful place to go to pamper yourself or others!
I have been going to Sugar and Spice since it first opened in Kamloops and I can’t say enough great things about Arnica and her team. Not only does Arnica do the BEST lashes but her facials are also amazing. She always knows what my skin needs and customizes it to work the best with that.
