Friendly staff, Shady Credit Dept! They had problems late winter and all spring this year with their mobile app. Under construction most of the time and incorrect info when operable! Said I had no minimum payment due. Then I get a call in June saying I’m way behind in my payments. So I send a couple thousand dollars to them. Come to find afterwards they had been negatively reporting me to all the credit bureaus destroying my credit rating!
