The quality of their products are not good, the earrings are not sturdy and they fall from your ear. They also won’t give you a customer service if you inform them about the quality of the products. I don’t recommend them and I won’t spend any money here. At least when you are not happy with the product they should give you a credit.
Call ahead. Went on a Monday and was told they don’t have anyone to do personalization stamping until Saturday.
Went to exchange a ring that didn't fit and the woman at the front desk wouldn't take it back, even though the girl that sold it to us explicitly said "If you're not sure on the size, then wear it for a week or two and exchange it if it doesn't fit." The woman at the front was incredibly condescending and uncaring. She gave us an email, which I sent an email to and they haven't responded, it's been 4 days now. Unpleasant experience, I recommend avoiding this shop.
