This was my Physician at the ER at SMH and he failed me miserably. I was admitted for difficulty breathing and chest pain. He treated me and sent me home to return to work the next day. After a week of suffering everyday feeling like I was suffocating (I too work in healthcare, having to climb stairs while wearing mask.. making it even more difficult) I went and got a 2nd opinion, I had SEVERE DOUBLE LOBED PNEUMONIA! Dr. Sueiro is literally the best Pediatrician I've ever had the privileged of meeting. I feel like he really cares for my kids like they were his own. He has gone over and beyond even past his M-F; 9-5 office hours. It was a blessing in disguise that our old pediatrician deiced to retire or else I would have never found Dr. Sueiro. Very thankful for him!
He listens. Warm personality.
I know him to have great compassion and a desire to listen and get to the problem.
My child loves to go to the doctors office because of Dr. Sueiro. He knows how to talk to children without being scary, and takes his time to explain and keep my nerves calm when my child is not feeling well. He goes above and beyond for our family. We are so blessed to have him as our child's doctor!
Dr Cappello has just assisted me in obtaining a very expensive medicine manufactured by Bristol Myers Squibb. She put together all of the paperwork required for the Patient Assistance Program at Bristol Myers and I filled out the rest. I have just received approval from Bristol Myers and will now receive this medication free of charge for 12 months. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Cappello's professionalism during the process along with her timely response for what she offered to do. I highly recommend her services !!
I cant speaks for the Dr but this is pertaining to his staff. I scheduled an appt for my son as a first 1st months ago. I'm not happy with his current ped. I drove 40 mins to his office and when I got there I was told that in 2 months they will no longer be taking my Ins. They asked me when scheduling what Ins I had, so why would someone not reach out prior to my appt. I got at least 5 text messages reminding me of the appt, but no one call to inform me of this change. Then once I cancelled the appt, I ask for something for ... read more
Every time we come in, my daughter gets excited to see Dr Sueiro. He knows just how to interact with children and make them feel comfortable. He gets right down to their level and talks to the child even infants. He also knows how to explain things so you are never left wondering what is going on and what the treatment plans are. We felt like we received the best care for our daughter with him than any other pediatrician she has seen. The office is great with communication and timeliness too.
Best pediatrician!! He listen to the parents and spends time getting to know you and your children. My 2 yr old loves him. I am so thankful we have him as a pediatrician
