I booked a trip to England using Sue Smith vacations. William Hronas was my travel consultant. He was very helpful and always quick to reply when I had questions. He is very professional and truly wanted to make sure I had a great experience. I can’t wait to go back, and I’ll be using his expertise again!

Her service was over the top and we appreciate everything she did.!!!! We have always used Sue smith travel and I will continue to send the... read more
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly team. Excellent communication. Consistently delightful!
I went on Pilgrimages in 2022 and 2025 and they were beautiful, blessed experiences! We visited many sites, meet new people who are friends/family now, toured places I couldn’t imagine seeing on my own and didn’t have to make any decision or fix any issue because Kathy did. She treated us with respect and professionalism! Guiding 25 plus people with a smile every day is no small feat but she did graciously and happily!
