Oh my gosh, there are no words to express how much we appreciate all the hard work Robin put in for mine and my husband’s 30th anniversary trip to Sandals, Granada!!!!! It was truly the best seven days of our life every detail she handled from booking flights verifying dates setting up reservations, making sure we have the room that we wanted on the Club level beachfront walk out room !! I went on Pilgrimages in 2022 and 2025 and they were beautiful, blessed experiences! We visited many sites, meet new people who are friends/family now, toured places I couldn’t imagine seeing on my own and didn’t have to make any decision or fix any issue because Kathy did. She treated us with respect and professionalism! Guiding 25 plus people with a smile every day is no small feat but she did graciously and happily!
