Sue Malagise did a great job for us on selling our current home. Sue was and is very well versed in her market. She gave us options to pick from for the price with the pro and cons of each level. Sue was also very good at knowing what needed done before the house was shown to potential buyers. All the factors I think a great real estate agent needs: Honest, Fair, Good listener, Good logic, and complete understanding of every situation. Sue Malagise has all these qualities. I recomend Sue very highly.

We had the displeasure of working with Sue Malagise out of the Howard Hanna Cranberry office. She sold our neighbor’s home and reached out to us as she heard we were getting ready to sell. We agreed as she seemed to be one of the top agents around. From the get go, she was kind of pushy and talked over us but we thought maybe that was just a personality thing.
