I drove across town to go to Sudsy's to get a $6 basic wash. I needed to vacuum my van really bad too. So....imagine my surprise when I pulled up and the screen said I had been randomly selected to receive the manager's special....for FAREEEE (free)! My 9 year old son and I were super stoked and happy about that. :) We have been coming here for years, but this was a nice bonus! Thanks Sudsy!
My husband went through the car wash and after he came out, his car door would not open. There was a big dent and paint is missing. They are denying the claim. The worse part is that when he told them about it happening and filled out an incident report, they never checked to make sure there was not something going on with the machines. They kept letting others go in...knowing it just damaged someone's vehicle. NEVER do business with them. I will also be sharing this review on Facebook and encourage others to share. My kids love going to Sudsy's! We get the monthly deal to keep a farm truck clean, Cheerios off the floor, and the entertainment. My daughter can now say bye and lava.
Went to the sudsys in Spring Hill, asked the girl at the entrance if my mirrors needed to be folded in and by the time I could tell her they were electric she had done pushed it in, thus breaking it. Filled out accident report and got a phone call guy kept asking did I have a conversation with the young lady, told him I asked if I needed to fold in mirrors was told I would recieve a call the next day with a decision on replacing my mirror, never got the call.
