That women is crazy we have no yellow poles at the wash.Just another person trying to have others pay for her own mistakes
I went and got my car washed there yesterday and they damaged my car. They obviously hit a yellow pole and left a 3ft long yellow scratch on the side of my car. I spoke to the manager and he very rudely told me I was crazy and that they were not responsible for it. His quote was I'm not in the business of repainting other peoples crapboxes! No apology, no refund and definitely not customer friendly! Please boycott! By the way, my car is a 2011 Toyota. Hardly a crapbox!
