Great service, and the best broasted chicken in town.
It's been a long time since we have been there after Friday night's visit we will be back great customer service and amazing food
FYI Natives and others that eat at Suds Hut the owner was bashing Natives and otger minorities like no other. Do not give them your business I've eaten there since I was a child and always loved it but I will not go back! They don't deserve my business!
My first trip to suds hut in many years left a very bad taste in my mouth (literally).. had the sunday brunch at about 10:30am. The eggs were dried out and obviously nothing was fresh and most items unidentifiable. Nothing was ever replenished or checked for freshness. The cinnamon rolls were so dry they disintegrated upon touch. I was able to eat 2 pieces of bacon (as an aside from this everything was totally spiced up). I use to really like Sud Hut but last night (3/19/16) I stopped in unfortunately I will never go back. The service sucked so bad and the restaurant wasn't even busy. It was like pulling teeth trying to get some help. I did manage to get someone and place a order for carry out. When I got home to eat my food it was so disgusting I couldn't even eat it because the food was so tough I couldn't even cut the food with a knife I had to throw the food away. This place should have been closed decades ago. It smells, is filthy, bathrooms are gross and I hear the kitchen is the nastiest in the region. Everything tastes like the rancid grease that they never change and the prices are not any better than the decent restaurants in town. Now the staff doesn't care anymore either, we walked out after waiting 20 minutes for a menu. All five staff members bullshitting around the kitchen and hanging out in the casino. I guess they were busy with the 3 total tables. Won't ever return.
Been a customer of suds hut since the 70's and have always loved the food, especially the salad bar. But recently I have noticed that the service I receive not so good. Tonight I sat down never got a hello but had two menus dropped on the table and was asked what do you want to drink. The waitress brought our drinks and never returned to the table. Went to Suds Hut since I was a little boy over the last 35 years, and now that I live out of town I visit at least once when I come to Billings. Had lunch this past weekend, and it was as good as ever. Looking forward to my next trip to Billings and visit to the Suds Hut.
