Mid car wash and when I went to vacuum just as I was going to start they shut the vacuums off. When I asked the guy said it's time to cut them off and walked away!
I came to have my car washed as a paying customer, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. There appeared to be some kind of incident or issue on the property, but nobody took the time to explain what was happening. Instead, I was spoken to in a rude manner and told that I needed to leave immediately. I completely understand if there is an emergency or situation that requires customers to leave, but communication and respect are important. A simple explanation and a polite request would have been appreciated.... read more
