While some may have complaints about the automatic wash, i have no reviews to give on it. I only use the manual wash. Most times it has been pretty good. Quality products, no raw sewage smell i have experienced at other car washes. 2-3 times recently had issues with just some maintenance issues with the sprayer and brush not working or hoses disconnected at the ceiling.
