Dr. Kadian is wonderful. He takes his time to explain every detail with you and isn't rushing you out the door.He is very pleasant and has a very calming effect. He is an amazing doctor.
I contacted this doctors office in early May for ongoing severe back pain when I arrived in Connecticut for the summer. The PA sent me for an MRI which took a month. Then another month to see the doctor for review. He recommended an ablation. I was told I had to wait for them to clear it with insurance. I'm still waiting at the end of September. Worst medical office and staff I have ever experienced at a medical office.
I had a referral to Dr Kadian for a cortisone injection. First the office could not locate the referral (I had to have it resent) then they told me it would take up to 2 weeks for “Donna” to review the referral. After several follow-up calls I was told not to call them, they would call me once the referral was reviewed. That was 3 1/2 months ago. Fortunately I got a referral to another doctor in the meantime.
One of the nicest doctors . The reason for the 3 star - Iv been waiting 2 months to get my second and third injection- and his office tell me they are still waiting for the insurance to accept him as a doctor . Still don’t understand why - I have not changed insurance and they were already accepting it before . All I can say is I met my deductible 3 months ago - it is ridiculous !
