Sudha is a wonderful agent, whom I would refer anyone to. She is warm and personable, but also completely honest and not afraid to speak her mind. She will tell you exactly what she thinks of any home! As a buyer, that is exceedingly valuable. I trusted that she was working to find us a home that was the best fit for our needs, not just rushing to close something. She was in constant communication and she made her schedule flexible when we needed it. 10/10 recommend.

Sudha has a great team. She kept in touch even from Italy and India while her team was here for us. We had been at it since April 2025. They looked for houses that were not even on the market yet and were happy to show us what ever we wanted. They knew our wants and needs pluss our budget. They finally found our dream home and we closed 8/25/2025. 5 months is a long time and there were a lot of stinkers that they advised us on the pros and cons.
