Dr Mitra is amazing, super nice and helpful. She cares so much about her patients. Office is always nice and clean. Her staff is very sweet. Makes you feel comfortable.
She is a very good doctor, but after 2 years I was kicked out of her practice because I had to reschedule 4 appts in a 3 month span because my husband got cancer and we never knew when we would get called to go to moffett Cancer center. His cancer and biopsies and treatments were number one priority for me. I think it was very unfair to be let go of a practice you were in for years because you had to take care of a loved one with cancer and couldn't always stick to your scheduled appointments which would only have been a mat... read more
RUN. Unfortunately, both the office & staff were DISGUSTING. You’ll be handled like an object, & kicked out the door w/ several prescription orders & referrals that you don’t need or understand because no plan was discussed. From the broken A/C to the dead roach laying right in front of us in my exam room, the office is nasty. Dr. Mitra sees you as another number to bill on, & her support staff is condescending & unprofessional.
