Looks like these bad reviews are real ; I just called to get an appointment they put me on hold for a long time , twice ! After waiting for so long they just hanged up on me. Very unprofessional
Dr. Mitra is always very professional and mitigates my concerns with a treatment plan during appointments.
Everyone there is personable, caring and professional. Dr Mitra and her staff are amazing.
Warning Dr. Sue Mitra is more concerned about her reviews than her patients. She immediately asked me to leave her a review before we discussed my concerns. I told Dr. Sue Mitra my concerns but she didn’t listen she referred to old records from over 10 years ago that was in the system those records were irrelevant instead of her looking at my last current records. She prescribed a medication that I didn’t ask for or knew it was being prescribed to me.
