I had work done there that needs fixed. I’ve been calling once a week for three months now. The dentist is excellent. However the lady at the front desk is rude and ignorant! It’s like she owns the office and the doctor! My best advice is to call your concierge and have them do a three way call. After no return calls to the insurance carrier your insurance will drop the doctor.
Is Dr Suder still in business? Have vm'd several times with no response.
I would love to give Dr. Suder a five star rating because I do believe he is a great DMD. He used to be my Dentist and I moved from his area but now I am back. I would love to have him as my Dentist again but I have been calling for about a month now, leaving messages, and NOBODY returns my calls. I am starting to wonder if his help is even relaying my messages? I still give Dr. Suder a five star rating but his front desk worker? Obviously a ZERO with all capital letters!
Office staff is so nice and Dr Suder is a great dentist
Front desk is no help and very rude. Im moving to the area I asked if she accepted my insurance they said "I never hurt of that...." Well can you check "Well I never heard of it so we don't accept it" anyway you can ask someone it's through blue Cross and then she said "yeah we take that, but NO new patients"
