Sudbury Dental Excellence is aptly named! They are truly amazing in terms of customer service and care. The office is clean, friendly and well decorated. The equipment is state of the art. The team lead by Dr. Alvi is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Alvi and her team.
I had my first appointment at Sudbury Dental Excellence at 6PM on a Tuesday, and arrived a bit early to fill out the expected new-patient paperwork. The staff greeted me and got me sorted right away, and I was taken for my X-rays and cleaning on time. Both the hygenist and dentist listened to my concerns, reviewed my charts, and made sure all my questions were answered. They also made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Excellent friendly, knowledgeable and caring staff. Always made comfortable and easy to understand options of treatment(s) when necessary. Pleasant atmosphere.
I love my hygienist. She is caring, thorough and careful. Great Covid precautions at the office as well.
