Dr. Dugas saved my molars a few years ago and I couldn't be more grateful. She and her staff were friendly and professional, the office was clean and bright, and I haven't had any problems with her work. I am thrilled to go back and see her and her staff, even though it is for more root canals. Dr. Dugas is a no-nonsense person who tells it like it is, which isn't always well received, but I think she's a breath of fresh air, personally. She says what she means and means what she says. I am writing because I just heard of my 72 year old mother's recent experience. She would never write a negative google review bc she is too kind, but, I think its fair to warn others ahead of time. For context, my mother is extremely punctual, thoughtful and respectful of other people's time. She is rarely (and I mean, count on one hand and have room to count) been late for anything. Dr. Dugas and staff treated me extremely well. They were very professional and thorough. Dr. Dugas took the time to go through all the issues in detail. I was most impressed and pleased with my visit. It was a very positive experience. Much appreciated.
Never will I have my dental work done here again! Dr.Dugas was so unprofessional(down right mean)to her assistant that I was left feeling sorry for the poor lady. Was a terrible experience. :(
Dr. Dugas was amazing, patient, kind and answered all our questions. She listened to my daughter while she could not extract the tooth she got us to the right place to have it done. I cannot thank her and the staff enough for everything!!!
