From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt reassured by the receptionist, her Assistant and Dr Dugas. I have 30 years experience in Healthcare and know excellent teamwork when I see it! This clinic runs like a top! They couldn't do enough to reassure me re pain, etc., and Dr Dugas explained everything she was doing as the procedure went along. I highly recommend this clinic and thank Dr Dugas and her team for such a positive experience!
I have never dealt with a more intolerant receptionist. She called passed the 48 hour mark to check if I was keeping my apmt and when I tried to explain to her that I had intended on showing up, however there was a cab booking issue so I was unable to makes it, she was rude and would not allow me to completely explain. I also told her that they shouldn’t be calling to check if a patient is going to there apmt the day of. Dr. Dugas has a very bad temper she literally made me cry and pushed away her sitting stool. I never seen Dr. In my life, behaving with patients like this. Also, Dr. Dugas suggested me to go other clinic for the treatment. She doesn’t have the patience to explain. I feel really bad for her staff who work for her because they were really nice.
Procedure was on time. Didn’t wait at all. Was told root canal would take 1 hour. Was in and out in that time and back to work. No pain at all. Highly recommend!
Twink twice before using them. Travel if needed. Better option available with nicer staff.
