I was able to make an appointment online and got an appointment at a time convenient to me. Everything ran on time. The technician was very good and Dr. Fang was very thorough as to what next steps should be for some of my dental concerns. Very pleased.

Sudbury Dental Excellence is aptly named! They are truly amazing in terms of customer service and care. The office is clean, friendly and well decorated. The equipment is state of the art. The team lead by Dr. Alvi is friendly, caring and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. Alvi and her team.
I had my first appointment at Sudbury Dental Excellence at 6PM on a Tuesday, and arrived a bit early to fill out the expected new-patient paperwork. The staff greeted me and got me sorted right away, and I was taken for my X-rays and cleaning on time. Both the hygenist and dentist listened to my concerns, reviewed my charts, and made sure all my questions were answered. They also made sure I was comfortable during the procedure.
