I really enjoyed this gym! Definitely recommend. I had great experiences here, and learned a lot. Coaches were amazing and helped with any questions I had. If it wasn’t for my busy schedule I would have still continued to go. I also had lost more than 30 + pounds.
This fitness place is amazing! The instructors are knowledgeable, and the staff is incredible friendly. They make it a point to know your name and always greet you with a warm, "Good Morning" or "Have a nice day." They even offer a free Sunday run club, which is great way to stay active. The coaches explain the workouts clearly and create a very welcoming environment and their motivation really helps push you. My experience at SUDA has been by far the best boot camp I have attended. The people in there are so nice. The coaches have great routines to meet everyone's goals. I love going to my 5am classes.
If you are looking for a gym to work out..look no more Suda Fitness is great...amazing coaches..amazing staff.
Great little gym with friendly and knowledgeable staff and trainers. They recently added the 3D fit body scanning machine with the life base app included which I have found highly valuable. This is a great place with great coaching.To help you get the results you want. Definitely worth checking out.
