Professional and Nice Came in over the weekend. They were a little busy but I thought the service was good. This was my first time having to wear bifocals and they were understanding with my various questions. They were also patient with me when I chose frames that wouldn't work, but they showed me some that looked stylish and not like an old woman glasses. Manager is rude I called to ask if my prescription could be sent to another shop today and the manger told me it was expired, (it isn't) and when I questioned him on his he raised his voice at me. When I had my glasses made there a year ago I had to send them back twice because they were not made correctly. The manager refused to just refund my money.
NOTHING of their little jingle is true!!!! They showed the THREE pair of frames that was in the “2 pair for $69 in an hour or less” deal, and they are KIDS frames!!!! WTH?? So I walked out of there with ONE pair of glasses for 129.00. The exam took my insurance m, but the frames/lens section didn’t! In an hour or less?? BAHAWAWA They are gonna mail them. DO NOT GO THERE!
Mom got the cheapie frames here and broke them. The frame was still under warranty, so I just had to drop in. They didn't have that frame anymore, but had it sent over from the Hot Springs store in one business day. Benjamin took such good care of us and went the extra mile to ensure I didn't have to make another trip. He was so professional and helpful.

my daughter broke her glasses over the weekend. I took her to the success vision in conway and they told me they couldn't help me because she her prescription expired. so I called the north little rock store to set her an apt because she cant see to drive to go to work in little rock they have yet returned my call and it was on monday when I called. the lady at the Conway store told me that this is not the time to break glasses. so I went to walmart in conway on Dave ward. the sweet lady there fixed her glasses and we didnt ... read more
First off "in an hour or less" is a lie. A pair of bi-focals costs over $200. Frames broke in less than a year. They repaired free but afterward 3 different technicians tried and none could get them to fit right. Go somewhere that offers good glasses. These wouldnt have been worth the $79 they advertise.

Your commercial is so misleading I had to wait two weeks to get an appointment to see the eye doctor ... Not sure how you're saying you saw the eye doctor with no wait.
