Horrible service. They charge a $75 application fee but can’t even provide a denial notice or any updates after weeks of waiting for a response. Communication is terrible — emails asking for updates about the application status go completely ignored. The application process is also extremely invasive. They ask unnecessary questions about who will sleeps in which room and repeatedly contact employers and your previous tenants from years backs as if applicants are being interrogated.
