This guy is a thief. I did work for him last year. He was very happy with my companies work but he makes excuses that he doesn't have money and it's clear he just doesn't want to pay. Stay away from this scam artist at all costs and any business with him. Dig into his reviews and you'll see for yourselves. His name is Fred Tropeano but he goes as Freddie Dreamer and his company is Success Member Inc which is based in NJ.

Professional, Knowledgeable, Supportive is how I would describe the company and staff. I and my husband met the company in person before I decided to move forward and i was impressed with the process. Very Solid choice if you are looking for an experienced company with a very strong lending platform and support system. Everything else the company provides is a bonus. I received everything i was promised. I recommend to anyone who is looking to enter the lending industry, experienced or novice.

Success Member and their staff delivered as promised in the contract. Once I committed to join as a partner prior to my payment, The company started working on my website, logo and marketing materials. Once I did pay I was immediately signed up for my safe class, granted access to the online university, and received my training manuals, computer and headset a few days later. Stay Away! Not only does Success Member not do what they say promise in your contract, but acting as a Mortgage Loan Officer without an appropriate license can result in fines and sanctions against you (not Success Member). I signed up with them in February 2019. I passed the SAFE test (required for MLO licensing) in March 2019, and by May 2019 I still had no license, The delay caused me to find employment with a residential lending company which helped me attain my Maryland license in less than 1 week. One thing for sure I received more than what I paid for. I did my due diligence and spoke with other partners of the platform to see what their experience has been like. I decided to move forward because Success Member offered the most for the money, support, training, license and more importantly I wanted to be in the lending industry.
