At first, Su Casa management seemed like an amazing company to rent from during my 13-week traveling nursing contract. However, upon arrival, the experience took an unexpected turn. We have rented from Sucasa for 6 months while on a job assignment, and have had a great experience. Their on-line payment portal is easy to use and gives the tenant a great oversight of up coming payments, ballance, and previous payments. The rental was clean and well maintained. The other tenants were friendly and helpful, especially Herman and Jean. I especially want to thank Sara for her kindness and assistance. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend renting from Sucasa.

At first Sarah and sucasa seemed like a genuinely great option for renting in Billings. But unfortunately through the duration of our lease and especially towards the end, before we moved out, there were many issues. I was told directly at one point that when she has tenants that disagree with each other she prefers to just kick everyone out of a building or rental and get all new renters instead of trying any form of conflict resolution.
