This is the worst property management ive ever seen! They illegally try to evict people with intimidation and maliciousness. What is wrong with people? Do not rent from them its horrible.
In my personal life I rent from this property management team and they are always very responsive to any issues I may have had. I have worked with Sarah and Megan and they are always very professional and friendly.
While I didnt end up going with them. This was one of three property management companies that would work with my situation. Having had an eviction on record and recovering credit made it quite hard to find anyone willing to rent to us despite me making more than enough to afford the asking price of locations. If your situation is similar they are worth contacting. You have to be upfront and honest if they have any available property that works for your situation they will tell you. Thanks for being amazing.
At first, Su Casa management seemed like an amazing company to rent from during my 13-week traveling nursing contract. However, upon arrival, the experience took an unexpected turn. The property manager, Sara, initially appeared friendly and tried to relate to me, which I found odd but tried to overlook.
