In my personal life I rent from this property management team and they are always very responsive to any issues I may have had. I have worked with Sarah and Megan and they are always very professional and friendly.
While I didnt end up going with them. This was one of three property management companies that would work with my situation. Having had an eviction on record and recovering credit made it quite hard to find anyone willing to rent to us despite me making more than enough to afford the asking price of locations. If your situation is similar they are worth contacting. You have to be upfront and honest if they have any available property that works for your situation they will tell you. At first, Su Casa management seemed like an amazing company to rent from during my 13-week traveling nursing contract. However, upon arrival, the experience took an unexpected turn. The property manager, Sara, initially appeared friendly and tried to relate to me, which I found odd but tried to overlook. We have rented from Sucasa for 6 months while on a job assignment, and have had a great experience. Their on-line payment portal is easy to use and gives the tenant a great oversight of up coming payments, ballance, and previous payments. The rental was clean and well maintained. The other tenants were friendly and helpful, especially Herman and Jean. I especially want to thank Sara for her kindness and assistance. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend renting from Sucasa.
