Had a complete open, ceiling to floor studded house to install brand new heating and a/c into 4/2017. Every time something was installed in, it needed to be corrected. (Including dropping my ceiling to just under 6 foot tall) Numerous calls later and meeting time and time again, I finally got inspection passed. However, in the end of all this 7/2018 my 2nd story has no heat or air, ceiling vents on my floor, all vent covers are falling off the ceilings, and no written warranty only expressed. We bought a heating and cooling system from Brad a year and a half ago. We started having issues with the cooling system last summer not cooling and we were unable to reach anyone. It wasn't that hot so we just didn't use the cooling system the rest of the year. This summer we had the same from problem and found out we had freon leaks. I called Brad and he wouldn't call me back. My husband called Brad and I think Brad accidentally picked up the phone and tplt my husband to text him the address and he'd come out the next day.... read more

Called and spoke to Brad. He came to look at my AC which wasn't blowing cold air. Brad checked it and said it was low on refrigerant. He did not check for leaks of anything, just automatically put 5 lbs. of refrigerant in the system. I paid the bill and he said he would be back in about 2 or 3 days to check on it. Within 1 hour, I texted him and explained no cold air was coming out. Have not heard anything from him. Took my hard earned money and ran. This company installed my sons furnace and A/C. He started having trouble last winter with the heating. We have been calling for 6 mns. No answer, no return calls. Now of course the A/C is not working right. Called and mailbox is full. Seems he doesnt call anyone back. Do not use this company!!! There is no customer serv. So guess I am stuck having to pay to have it fixed.
