Have eaten there a few times and have always been pleased with the friendliness of the personal, the service, cleanliness and the food.
I had the misfortune of attempting in vain to order the Festive turkey sandwich just after 9am on Nov 14th after stopping by the bank. They have an advertisement on the front window and a very large one at their menu display, showing their three holiday sandwiches, the festive turkey, the Turhamken, and the Festive chicken. I stopped by this Subway location around 5:30–5:40 pm today, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The store was not busy at all, yet the service I received was careless and dismissive. When I first mentioned I had coupons, they told me not all sandwiches qualify, which I completely understand. I then ordered a steak sandwich, which was valid with my coupon. What bothered me was the way my food was handled. I haven't been to Subway in awhile and I am very disappointed. I got a rotisserie chicken sandwich and the portion of chicken was pushing 2 ounces. I basically paid $10 for one chicken wing. On top of that the price of the menu did not match the price on the register. I was charged more than listed. I didn't order anything extra either. Over priced and small portions
Came into this location and a lovely associate by the name of Dulce helped me out with a huge order I had. She had such a positive attitude and was very friendly. Thank you for the great customer service.
