Ordered an Italian Herb & Cheese sandwich but received a regular Italian. When we pointed it out, she was extremely defensive, wouldn’t hear us out, and insisted she did nothing wrong. She even joked about leaving a Google review. The customer service was honestly horrible. Staff definitely needs better training. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from this location.
terrible location placed an order online app, paid ahead even with screenshots of the order they will not fulfil its over $30 and they refuse to give me a customer service number and speak to a manager. they literally stole from me and I’m homeless. and have no way to get a refund or my order.
The Soda Fountain Machine at this Subway location has been dispensing ice with dirt, debris and specks of rust in it for over a year now! A major health and safety concern!! I noticed this last year when I visited here for lunch. I didn’t think much of it, but stopped adding the ice 🧊 into my beverage. No sense of customer service, stood there for 10 mins and nobody wanted to attend. Tried calling her but ignored us and did not even ask what we wanted. Why do you even operate a store when you don’t want to serve customers!! Worst experience ever.
Worst customer service and the woman was rushing us for no reason at all, there was nobody behind us and she didn't even have online orders or anything! We couldn't add few toppings as she wasn't stopping even for a second to let us think! It's ridiculous and you should train your employees better! I was there on April 8 in the evening and the receipt says it was served by "7", don't know if that's an employee number or if it helps!
