Excellent customer service! The employee ( Monila) was very friendly, polite, and professional. She prepared my order quickly and accurately, and made sure everything was just the way I wanted it. Their positive attitude and attention to customers really stood out. Great experience overall—I would definitely recommend this Subway!

They overcharged me on two separate occasions. Of course during dinner time rush hour they constantly only have one employee working there resulting in lines so long it almost continues to extend to outside past the front door.
Avoid this location! While I love Subway's food, the service here is non-existent. I waited nearly 10 minutes upfront while the sole employee chatted on the phone in the back. When she finally served me, she was completely tuned out and made me repeat my order multiple times. At checkout, she refused my cash payment ($100 bill) and claimed they couldn't process cash at all. I had to leave without my food while she just stared at me without a word of apology. Terrible customer service.
