The lady making the sandwich and the guy at the register were very friendly and understanding, but the person in charge is extremely rude and the lettuce and other vegetables looked withered, not fresh. I had a coupon and there was no sign on the door, so i went it to use it, when i went to pay the manager got so upset she seen a coupon and started complaining to her employees right there in front of me yet said nothing to me, was just talking behind my back. It's not the subway of old. Sandwiches are thinner and seem shorter too. Out of an ingredient or two.
