Been here twice and both times we walked in and no one was at the counter. Waited around for 10 minutes, could hear workers in the back and we called out to them and they still didn't come to the counter. Had to leave without any food. I'm hangry now :(
I've been avoiding this Subway because of the reviews, but I finally decided to check it out for myself, and it's become my new regular spot (instead of cedar bluff). Good food and service. It's one of the few subways I've been to that doesn't serve out of date slop (middlebrook the mall or Walmart, for example). They also weren't shy with the portions, which was a nice surprise. Typical subway that has 1 employee doing everything so if they are busy you have to wait forever to get your food.
Horrible customer service, there shouldn’t be a tip options for these trash employees. I ate here Saturday @ 10 am
