Why do they ask for tip? Don't want to tip for fast food.
Slowest subway experience I ever had. No one was in the restaurant and I still waited in the e drive through (only car in line for 30 minutes) it was 7:30pm.
Zero customer service
Went in to order, no customers were in the store. Ben, the scruffy tall adolescent, was working. My grandson started to order, and Ben said there are 12 orders ahead of you. I said we are in the store, can you not make us a sandwich? He said no. I asked for the number of his manager which he refused to provide. I then asked fir the customer complaint number.
