The worker made my sandwich and didn’t make my sandwich what I ordered and I paid for double meat and got regular sandwich came back to get it remade and he had attitude and I told him I wanted extra and he gave me what he wanted will never be back to this location long as he working he needs to be fired like today
1 person working . Who just stared at us like we inconvenienced him by coming in... sandwiches were smashed to nothing and so covered in sauce I was a total mess even making the attempt.. I mean I know its subway but COME ON! Toasted subs coming out cold, soggy and smashed is unacceptable I should have never paid .
Subway Kingston Pike is too busy without staff. You have to wait for service. One person has to prepare call in and internet orders before you can be waited on. It's awful. That it is a subway with vegetable selections is it's redeeming quality.
It is unacceptable that this restaurant's management only schedules ONE person to work. How much business you must lose while making YOUR customers wait while ONE person has to prepare multiple subs for multiple people. Its also unacceptable for online orders to be prioritized over people who are present in the restaurant and or drive thru. DO BETTER
