The guy who works here needs to be fired. Clearly management doesn’t care at all as there is MANY other reviews saying the exact same thing. He lies saying multiple orders ahead and you will have to wait and after an hour, said he wasn’t serving me. Absolutely unacceptable and this place needs to be shut down
Was told there were 3 orders ahead of us. Sat in the drive thru. Empty drive thru. Empty parking lot. We left. Why is this place even still open
its the second time I got here and the same guy said he had 5 orders before me. I was in a hurry the first time, bue today, just to see if it was true I waited. he stared to get the bread for the other orders, then he left to the back, he came back and put all the breads back inside. I now know thet he lies about the orders to get people to leave. I been here for 44 min already and he still in the back. do not came here ever. this guy needs to be fierd.
I’m currently at the Subway on Kingston Pike. About 20 minutes ago, I was told they were working on an order, and I believe it was a phone order. I have been standing here waiting, and no one has taken my order yet. I understand places can get busy, but it is frustrating to wait this long before even being helped or having my order taken. I’m writing this review to share my experience and show how the service was at this location today.
Only one car in the parking lot. Drive thru was a ghost town. Go through the drive thru to order a quick 6 inch sub for work and the first question i get at the drive thru was “do you have a pickup” i said No. Then the guy said well i have 6 other orders ahead of you so it’ll be awhile before i can Make yours. I just Wanted dinner for work. I’m sorry. That’s not how mobile pickup orders work.
