I tried to cancel the order by calling them within the same minute of placing the order but they said it’s made already ?! How is that even possible? The store was 5 miles from me so I drove there to pick up the order and they were really rude. Horrible service, on top of it they gave me the wrong order and charged me regardless.! So not only did I drive all the way to pick up the wrong order, someone else must have gotten the wrong order too. All after hearing the rude receptionist!
Cannot believe Subway is okay with having someone like Brian from this store representing their brand. I frequently visit this Subway because it’s the closest to my house but this might just be my last time after the visit I just had.
