Ok so my review is just based on my recent experience, I ordered on the app I tried to put another store but the app set me up for this even though I had changed the location, when I noticed I tried calling the store called for over 30 mins over and over and yet they never answered my call, in the past this has happened they are really quick to cancel my order and refund me but I’m disappointed in this store that did not answer the phone at all. I came into this Subway because I was in the mood for something fresh and quick. The food itself was great — everything tasted good, my sandwich was made right, and the ingredients seemed fresh. So no complaints there. But what completely ruined the experience for me was the restroom situation. After I made my purchase and sat down to eat, I asked if I could use the restroom and was told it wasn’t available.
