I came into this Subway because I was in the mood for something fresh and quick. The food itself was great — everything tasted good, my sandwich was made right, and the ingredients seemed fresh. So no complaints there. But what completely ruined the experience for me was the restroom situation. After I made my purchase and sat down to eat, I asked if I could use the restroom and was told it wasn’t available. They had a sign that said “No Public Restroom,” which I found really unwelcoming — especially for paying customers. I ... read more
She was on earpiece talking with someone and she wasn't paying attention what I wanted I had to repeat it frequently like she didn't care about the service she could provide to customer
I had the honor of being served by 6420. Pardon me I forgot her name 🤦🏾. She was excellent. She has great people skills, great multitasking skills and this is our second time going to this location and she’s always taken our order with promptness, efficient and a thank you. Hope to see you soon
