Bad ownership. They don’t accept coupons anymore! With everywhere costing so much these days, coupons help make it actually affordable. Not sure of the reasoning, can only assume it’s due to greed from owners. Employees are generally very nice though!
Went to this Subway with coupons from them sent to me by mail. The Owner Lady refused to accept the coupon that was in date. I was placing 2 orders for 2 different families and was using the subway coupons. Owner got seriously mad and was very loud and unprofessional with other customers in the restaurant. She was Very unprofessional. I canceled my order and left. Very poor customer service especially by an Owner. Should be zero star.
Shoutout to the fine light-skinned guy with the ‘Ty’ chain — top-tier worker who made my Hotshot Italiano taste like heaven.
All of the employees are wonderful and very polite. The food is mostly good, although bread is sometimes stale. My biggest issue with this store is the fact that there is only ever one underpaid employee on shift at any given time, and the manager is seemingly never there. There are other issues, like cleanliness, but at the end of the day I don’t eat in the restaurant. Why won't anyone answer the phone? I placed an order through Door Dash that hasn't been made for over an hour. I've been calling the store repeatedly and no one will answer. Are you closed? How do I get a refund?
