This place is still not very good since they reopened. Online order wasn't made until I got there. App says it's ready and the guy is out back doing who knows what. Probably not coming back.
This might be the worst Subway I have ever seen. Service is always bad and by bad I mean rude. Always out of stuff and the drink machine is always broken. It’s really odd because years ago it was a nice Subway. O don’t go here amy longer.
This is under new management. Hubby stopped in for 2 foot long subs. They were out of a few vegetables and even though we had the subs toasted they were not warm. The subs tasted really good though. The health score was great. Hubby said bathrooms were out of order. So I just think with new management hopefully they will get things moving in the right direction and we’ll have a place to grab our subs again.
My son went to get a couple of subs. They were out of most ingredients and service was incredibly rude. This location just lost our business for good. The Mint Hill location isn’t much further for us to drive.
