I have never experienced customer service quite like what happened at this Subway. My fiancé and I placed an order totaling $20.10. Everything was completely normal at first we were actually having a pleasant conversation with the employee about food preparation and working night shift. I wish negative stars were an option! During our visit on 8/26/26 at 2:36pm, we were overcharged for our order. When we questioned the charge, the employee’s attitude immediately changed. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue professionally, she became hostile, began screaming at us, and used vulgar and inappropriate language. We asked for her managers number and she proceeded to state she wasn’t from that store and didn’t have it. Kate was super quick and had great customer service with me and my girlfriend. Offered us recommendations that we took and really took the extra step with care towards the customer.
Worst subway. Slow as can be. This is the 3rd time I’ve left this place. After waiting 10 minutes then oh gotta wait 20 more for door dash. Hire more people. Getting a sub shouldn’t be a 35 minute thing. Not sure why I keep coming back thinking it might be different
