Always a great experience
I visited this location today to order lunch. When I arrived, there was one employee behind the counter and two others seated in a booth eating, presumably on break. As I stood at the counter, the employee working was focused on preparing an online order and engaging in conversation with the employees on break. I waited at the counter for approximately three minutes and was never acknowledged—no greeting, no indication that someone would be with me shortly. I was completely ignored.
