Go an extra mile to take another subway but never go to this store! Food’s okay but only if you’re lucky to go in right time, Saying Hello’s isn’t customer service, its common sense. They just don’t care what the customer wants.1/10 customer service Doesn’t accept coupons, asks to pay full, if not paid full, he just simply throws away food otherside infront of you. I’m surprised no one sued this store before for their customer service.

Order a footlong. While the employee was putting veggies on it, a bug came out of nowhere; it must have been in the veggies.
I live about a mile away from this subway. They started to refuse coupons at this location around March or April. prior to that they had issues with customers bringing in expired coupons and you had to tell them about your coupon before they would make the sub. I'm positive it's just a way for them to exploit your wallet. The Hanover Park Subway gives less topping on the subs then the Bartlett location and service is kinda crap if you don't get one of the girls on shift.
