Says they close at 9:30, showed up at 8:30. The person there was very rude and acted like we werent supposed to be there. Dissatisfied customer I am.
The gentleman that made our sandwiches was absolutely wonderful I think his name was Dean. Very nice and made suggestions on some chips as hubby and I could not decide which to get. Then due to store being slow for a few moments he came out to clean up our after lunch as we were just visiting.
Ordered 2 footlong subs but my coupon was expired. She rang up $22 instead of what was going to be $14.99. We had bought the Sunday special spicy Italian 4.99 6 inch and add $3 for a footlong. Why couldn’t she have discounted it for us. No offer at all.
This Subway is very lucky to have an employee like, Sam! Sam was super friendly and absolutely fantastic all around. You rarely find customer service like this anymore. A+!
