I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment over a recent experience I had here tonight . I found myself subjected to unjust treatment that left me feeling dehumanized and disrespected. Check your food and stuff when you make an online order. My sandwich wasn’t toasted an my bottled drink is 2 weeks expired.
Good customer service deserves to be recognized. I had a great experience at this Subway location recently. In particular, I was blown away by the great customer service of an employee by the name of Tyler. From start to finish, Tyler was courteous and ensured my sandwich was made with care, while adhering to all food safety standards — something that is less and less common these days.
