DO NOT EAT HERE! One staff member was sneezing and coughing with a runny nose making the sub sandwiches. The table tops - dirty. The floor and carpets - filthy.
I’m disappointed with my experience. The staff member on shift was quite rude and unprofessional. Customer service should include basic respect and politeness, which was missing here. I hope the management addresses this issue to improve future experiences.
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location on April 18 between 4:20–4:30 PM. I placed an order for a footlong sub, requesting one half with chicken and the other half vegetarian. Initially, the employee prepared it incorrectly by adding chicken to both sides. When I politely asked for it to be corrected, instead of acknowledging the mistake, he responded rudely and blamed me.
