Very shady and unprofessional behavior. The staff scanned my QR code, then quickly deleted the order on their system and re-entered it. When I tried to scan again, it showed “already scanned once.” He started arguing with me, claiming the QR had already been used — even though he was the one who scanned it. I had to cleverly ask him to scan a different QR code from another offer just to prove my point, and only then did he go back and scan mine properly. Visited yesterday at this place just minutes before closing , even though very overwhelmed by the customer service provided . The staff was very friendly and nice to me . The girl reeju was very polite she took my order and made it fresh . Very much appreciated will visit again 😃
I am writing to share my experience at your establishment. I visited on Monday at 7 PM and, unfortunately, encountered some issues. I ordered a combo meal, and the staff member did not inform me about the included snack. I only realized this after reading the menu. When I inquired, she confirmed the snack.
