Harman is so nice and the customer service is so good of her.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I strongly advise people to avoid this branch at all cost. My wife was calmly deciding what to order when the staff member repeatedly rushed her, asking “What do you want?” and “Have you decided?” at least three times, each time with an impatient and disrespectful tone. The staff was rude and impatient while I was deciding on the menu. She repeatedly asked if I had decided yet and rushed me three times, even though I was clearly looking at the promotions. At that time, there were no other customers besides me and my husband. I simply needed time to decide. The food was amazing and the service was great and we ended up getting a free footlong because we had bought a 50 dollar gift card and we used the gift card with my family.
