The employees and managers deserve a raise for putting up with rude customers all the time just judging by the reviews
Consistently understaffed around lunchtime and they close at random hours. This really should be sold to a better franchise owner.
The shop was about to close, I was in the hospital and was was finally able to eat. I called an order in and explained that I would understand if my order couldn't be filled (6 minutes before closing) I told the guy my husband was on his way...anyhow my husband arrived my order was filled and the guy would not accept payment...he generously paid for the order out of his own pocket! He said to my husband that he hoped I would be ok....wow! I was speechless and so very appreciative.
single employee on sight. serve me an ice cold chicken sandwich. should scrutinized what she was doing. tasted disgusting. what is quality control?
