This is the worst subway I’ve ever seen they undercook the food(bacon was white completely uncooked) smallest portions I’ve ever seen it was literally 25 percent filled any other subway fills the sub, horrible ownership
placed an online order. showed up and the door was locked… waited several minutes for the guy to return as my order (and others) sat on the shelf… guy finally pulls up in his prius and opens the door, i see my bag of chips was missing from my order so i grab a bag off the shelf. dude shouts “SORRY?” at me as if i’m stealing the bag of chips, then demands to check my receipt. no apology offered for either transgression. just insane
So I absolutely love subway is how I'll start this. That being said this is one of the privately owned franchise entities that really just sucks. The quality isn't bad it's the quantity when you get your sub and ask for more of a sauce or vegetable you're supposed to get it not here though skimpy practices asked for extra Ranch and black olives and nothing....down to under measuring meats what can I say I expect synchronicity among a franchise and this place ain't it thumbs down from me....too bad it's the closest to my hous... read more
A bunch of crooks at this location…avoid at all costs. I put in an online order, and they couldn’t fulfill it because they didn’t have the ingredients (bread…subway didn’t have bread. There was your first clue). So it was cancelled, but not “officially” because they claim “they couldn’t”. According to Subway official, you have to get your refund via the store. Absolutely will not go here again and will make sure this specific location closes down. When the restaurant calls after an online order is placed because THEY DO NOT HAVE BREAD, we cancel but the restaurant will not give us a refund for a canceled order. Now the owner wants to pretend he doesn’t speak English and refuses to communicate. They stole our money when they didn’t have bread for sandwiches.
