So accidentally ordering to this store by accident and been trying to call and cancel for an hour and they won’t answer their phones. Purposely declining them for two different phones. Trying to cancel and get a refund but no answer.
My experience was a slow build up!!. The two workers they’re need additional training with their speed when making the food. It should not take 10 mins to slice the bread and another 5 mins to add meatballs and cheese smh.i also had another sub a that too took a a long time to be made as well. It was only 1 person in front of me and two more people came after me and they still was super slow. THIS SUBWAY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES SERVING CUSTOMERS STALE HARD BREAD!! THE FOOTLONG WAS SO SLOPPY IT FELL APART IT WAS HORRIBLY PUT TOGETHER! I've ordered here 3 times, and each time my order was incorrect. The first two times they remade it. This time they sucked their teeth when they saw me coming back, so I just asked for a refund. Update, I gave it another shot. For a while they had an amazing employee that did a great job. She quit a few months ago, and now there doesn't seem to be anyone left that can make a sandwich.
