I've tried several times to call to speak to the manager but the phone just keeps ringing. I love subway, I go there at least once a week, however this location was terrible. The women working seemed to be distracted or unable to understand me while I was ordering. When it came time to pay I had told the woman I wanted my two sandwiches made into combos. Restaurant gives you one slice of meat and a sliver of cheese lol.
Very noisy food court but service was quick and sandwich made well.
So I went in with a coupon to get a sub for free buy one get one I guess I was a little bit early 20 minutes she told me to wait. I said ok no problem. Then about 20 minutes later she asked me if I'm ready and refuses to take my coupon... May I remind you this is a subway in the mall right next to another sub place.... Yeah their competition is kind of weak but they think there's something because I guess they can't take their own companies coupons. Went in to grab some lunch and while eating we heard the manager scream at his worker . Treating him poorly . He was showing him what to do but yelling at him .
