⚠️ DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! ⚠️ Placed an order and when I arrived, it hadn’t even been started. I asked the manager (or who seemed to be the manager) why, and he gave me an attitude, saying he was ‘making bread.’ The bread racks were already fully stocked, and meanwhile, only one employee was actually making food while this guy stood around doing nothing. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.
I ordered my food to be ready at 1230 and they started making it at 1245 and then decided to tell me it was my problem. Don't waste your money.
There was some road work going on that created some inconveniences inside the store. The employees handled everything professionally and operated as if it were a normal day.
This subway used to be one of the best subways around for customer service and food quality. But since new ownership took over this is quite possibly the worst subway experience I’ve ever encountered. I made an online order and said it would be ready but they weren’t even close to having it ready. No one was getting served and a line out the door.
