Went in there today, store isn't what it used to be. Very disappointed, you guys should just sell.
Employee making my sub was Issac, couldn’t understand a lick of what he was saying, told me if he put my sub in the toaster it go “boom boom” so i HAD to have it cold, and please do not smile when you are making customers food I was SO scared the crustacean would fall off of his teeth and onto my sub! Worst experience ever, will never return!
I’m normally not the type to do this, but this store is one of the worst subways in the city!! How hard is it to make a sandwich, my daughter can do it better blindfolded, and hopping on 1 foot… and she’s 2 months old. Cmon guys, do better!
