Decided to visit subway today for dinner. The lady was really nice. Service was fast. Food was excellent. She made the food exactly how I wanted it. I wish I could go more places with the service I had today. She needs a raise. Because this is the first time I have been in this one. That someone was really nice and had a sense of humor. Should be proud to call her your employee.
Worst subway I’ve ever had in every aspect.
Customer service isn’t terrible however the place was disgusting. It looked like they hadn’t cleaned it in weeks. The high chair looks like it’s never been wiped down. The tables, walls, and counters had food and dirt all over the place. Crumbs all over the floor at just 11am. My bacon was raw. My wife’s sandwich had so much mayo on it, she couldn’t even eat it. All around bad experience. So I’ll just rip the bandaid off and say what everyone thinks when they see subway. Nasty not fresh or good. Well I’m here to tell you folks that’s all true for this place. I decided after years of not getting subway to try the all new foot long churro and pepperoni dipper. Well the dipper was hard and had no flavor as the churro might have been the hardest nastiest churro in the STATE. No flavor at all and just cardboard.
