This is my go to Subway .... Lately friends have been going for me as they are in the Area...I went in today ; I did Not recognize the 2 counter ppl... June 19th Went to order Subway, and the manager was very rude and disrespectful. The Pizza was cold and when we went back up, she gave us an attitude and said she’s not making another one she didn’t wanna give us her money back through the receipt in the trash. We are very good customer but you lost one now. I will be calling Corporate to get you shut down bad business. Nobody should go eat your subs. Very disrespectful.
On the day Jun 10th @2:15p I experienced unbelievably rude customer service at this location. When I politely asked for an employee's name to report the issue, the other staff member actively refused to give me the information and literally hid out of sight. Completely unprofessional and sketchy behavior. I will not be returning and highly recommend going elsewhere.
This was my first time coming to this subway snd sadly my last. I walked in after leaving the gym and without me even saying hello the woman behind the counter started to laugh at me and then proceeded to talk in another language. I got my translator app out on my phone to interpret it and discovered they were talking about the type of sandwich I ordered saying they knew I would order the cheapest thing in the menu. I ordered from there and the cashier yelled at me because I got a cup after I told her the one she gave me had something black in it and I told her I threw it away she proceeded to yell at me and told me I could not get another one incase I paid for a second cup
