I came to this Subway as it was close to the job site I was on, to order lunch for my roofing crew. I explained to the young lady behind the counter that it would be a large order. All 7 subs were to be the same. I ordered the beast. I told her i was going to the bathroom while she made the subs, as there are no restrooms on site. When I came out ,my subs were not being made. Worst customer service. I had been standing in line since 8:54 PM, behind a woman who appeared to be a customer—but she was actually a Subway employee pretending to be in line. She stood there blocking the queue until exactly 9 PM. Then, she quickly paid and walked into the store. Immediately after, the employee at the counter turned off the lights and told me they were closed. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
